1. Introduction to Chipintelli Speech AI Development Platform¶
1.1 Introduction to Chipintelli Speech AI Development Platform¶
The Speech AI Development Platform of Chengdu Chipintelli Technology Co., Ltd. is a complete set of function development and management platform based on our intelligent voice chip scheme provided by our company for users. The website is: Chipintelli Speech AI Development Platform. The platform includes functions such as function development, development data, work order submission, help document, sample purchase, etc. Users can log in to the platform, use the functions described in this article, and combine our smart voice chip and the corresponding SDK development kit to develop solutions. The functions provided by the platform are convenient and fast, which can help users save time on scheme development, ensure the performance of the development scheme, and improve the development efficiency.
The platform mainly has the following functional modules:

- Notice;
- Enterprise certification.
1.2 Introduction to basic functions of the platform¶
User input Chipintelli Speech AI Development PlatformAfter the website, enter the homepage of the platform introduction, click the “Login Speech AI Development Platform” button anywhere on the page to enter the “Login Registration” interface, as shown in the following figure:
Log in to the website for the first time and click “Create” account to register new users. The old users can directly enter the account, password and verification code and then click “Login”, as shown in the following figure:
New users can formally enter the ” Speech AI Development Platform” after simple registration and login according to the page prompts, as shown in the following figure:
Next, users can officially begin to experience the Speech AI Development Platform.
2. Function development¶
2.1 Overview¶
Users can first operate each development function of this module manually according to the Product Development Process Guide, and then refer to the corresponding chapters for learning and using according to the Document Center. The development function of this section combines the product development portal “product firmware rapid development” for new users to quickly get started and the portal “Product firmware and SDK in-depth development” for old users to deeply develop; In addition, it also has the “component development” function of making partial changes on the basis of in-depth development. As shown in the figure below:
2.2 Product development process guidance¶
The contents of this document can guide new and old users to conduct detailed product development operations on the current “AI development platform” in combination with specific hardware development kits; The document process is clear, and it is suitable for developers at all stages to read;

2.3 Document Center¶
The document center is shown in the figure below. The document center introduces our chips, modules, SDK software, solution development, testing and other contents in detail. Users can find all kinds of information from it. Please refer to the corresponding chapters for learning and using.
As shown in the figure below, the user can click the “Document Center” button on the left menu bar to enter the main interface of the document center for document viewing
2.4 Rapid development of product firmware¶
The function of “rapid development of product firmware” enables voice firmware to be generated quickly within ten minutes using the default configuration, allowing users to quickly experience the recognition effect of their own products, making the product landing faster; Newbies recommend starting the development of voice products from this entrance. Please refer to the “Product Development Process Guidance” for the specific operation steps of this function.

2.5 Product firmware and SDK in-depth development¶
Users can develop mass production firmware online for specific chip development kits in the “Product firmware and SDK in-depth development” function, or obtain SDK for offline in-depth programmable development; Please refer to the “Product Development Process Guidance” for the specific operation steps of this function.

2.6 Language Model Development¶
After getting the SDK development kit, users can replace the original ASR language model components and acoustic models, and change the command words and upgrade the acoustic models; Help users develop new firmware quickly. Please refer to the “Product Development Process Guidance” for the specific operation steps of this function.
2.7 Broadcast sound synthesis¶
After getting the SDK development kit, users can replace the original broadcast audio for personalized broadcast customization and synthesis; Help users develop new firmware quickly. Please refer to the “Product Development Process Guidance” for the specific operation steps of this function.
2.8 Language model optimization¶
If the user finds that the recognition effect is not good when testing the specifically developed speech recognition products, he can optimize the recognition of all words including “wake-up words” and “command words” in the language model optimization function; After submission, the platform will automatically complete tuning and feedback the results. Please refer to the “Product Development Process Guidance” for the specific operation steps of this function.
2.9 Small language language model development¶
If users need to develop product identification schemes that support Chinese local dialects or foreign small languages, they need to use the “small language language model development” function. This function only needs to upload the audio recording of command words in the language as required, and then the “language model” of the language can be quickly created; So that the product identification scheme can quickly identify Chinese local dialects or foreign small languages.(This function needs to contact our business for authorization)
3. Development data¶
The development materials include the data required for the hardware development and design of our modules. Users can click the “development materials” in the top menu to enter the function module, as shown in the following figure:
The user can click the “label” to select the chip series documents to be viewed, and click the “classification” to view the corresponding types of documents. The available classifications include chip Datasheet, hardware design information, development tools and manuals, application guides, third-party information, external network device compatibility list, firmware, and infrared air conditioner companion SDK, which are all used for development; Users can also search for keywords to find appropriate documents (the catalog may be updated from time to time). As shown in the figure below:
4. Submit the work order¶
4.1 General¶
In the process of user service, if you encounter problems that cannot be easily handled, you can submit and transfer the problem work order to the relevant personnel through the online customer service system of “Submit Work Order” provided by our platform, and the platform will reply within the specified working days. Our company classifies the work order according to the content of the work order, so as to facilitate users to ask targeted questions and seek experience from QA.
4.2 Work Order Classification¶
Our work orders are divided into 13 types of work orders according to their businesses, including language model problems, voice synthesis problems, customized firmware problems, language model optimization problems, platform use problems, SDK related problems, identification optimization problems, structural design problems, testing related problems, performance related problems, chips and modules, development solutions and business problems. Users can make past QA queries and submit questions by category. As shown in the figure below:
4.3 Submit work order¶
In order to enable our staff to solve your problem as soon as possible, the user needs to accurately describe the problem encountered when submitting the work order. In order to facilitate the communication between our staff, it is recommended that the user fill in his contact information on the right side of the work order, as shown in the following figure:
5. Help documents¶
Users can click the “Help Document” section to enter the Chipintelli Document Center, which introduces our chips, modules, SDK software, program development, testing and other contents in detail. Users can find all kinds of information from it. Please refer to the corresponding chapters for learning and using.
As shown in the figure below, the user can click the “Help Document” button on the top menu bar to enter the main interface of the document center and view the document.
6. Sample procurement¶
The “Sample Purchase” function provides users with a way to purchase chip module products. Users can purchase modules according to their needs according to the instructions on the page. If users need to purchase a large number of modules, please contact us through the contact information on the page. As shown in the figure below:
7. Notice¶
When we publish new content or update the website, we will notify users here to pay attention. The system notification is fixed at the top right corner of the page, as shown in the following figure:
8. Enterprise certification¶
After the platform user account is registered, it defaults to an ordinary user. If you need to activate more functions, please become an enterprise user through enterprise authentication. The registration steps are as follows:
Step 1: click the user avatar icon at the top right corner of the Speech AI Development Platform, and click “Enterprise Authentication” on the pop-up page:
Step 2: as shown in the figure below, fill in the relevant information, upload the relevant data, click the “Submit for Certification” button, and wait for our staff to audit (the audit time is estimated to be about one day);
Step 3: After the audit, our technicians will open the corresponding permissions for enterprise users for users who have passed the authentication.
