Chip Overview¶
CI1324X is a high-performance, low-power, and highly integrated intelligent voice chip developed by Chipintelli for IoT (Internet of Things) applications. The chip integrates Chipintelli’s independently developed Brain Neural Processing Unit BNPU V3.5 and CPU core, with a system main frequency of up to 210MHz, 288KByte SRAM, and a built-in PMU power management unit and RC oscillator. It also features a single-channel high-performance low-power Audio Codec and multiple UART, IIC, PWM, GPIO, and other peripheral control interfaces.
CI1324X adopts industrial-grade design standards, with good environmental reliability, a working temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, and compliance with MSL3 level humidity, IEC 61000-4-2 4KV contact discharge test standards, RoHS, and REACH environmental standards.
CI1324X uses Chipintelli’s new generation BNPU technology, which supports DNN, TDNN, RNN, CNN, and other neural networks, as well as parallel vector operations, enabling high-performance voice recognition, voice noise reduction, and other functions, with strong environmental noise suppression capabilities. CI1324X also supports multiple languages, including Chinese, English, and Japanese, and can be widely used in home appliances, lighting, toys, wearable devices, industrial, automotive, and other product fields, realizing voice interaction and control, as well as various intelligent voice solution applications.
