Chip Overview¶
CI2316X is a new generation of high-performance neural network voice processor developed by Chipintelli, integrating Chipintelli’s self-developed Brain Neural Processing Unit (BNPU) V3.5 and CPU core. The system can operate at up to 210MHz and includes 288KByte of built-in SRAM, integrated PMU power management unit, RC oscillator, single-channel high-performance low-power Audio Codec, multiple UART, I2C, PWM, GPIO and other peripheral control interfaces, as well as high-performance low-power Bluetooth BLE. The CI2316X chip requires minimal external components such as resistors and capacitors to implement various smart voice product hardware solutions, offering excellent cost performance.
The CI2316X adopts industrial-grade design standards with excellent environmental reliability. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, compliant with MSL3 moisture sensitivity level, IEC 61000-4-2 4KV contact discharge test standard, and meets RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards.
CI2316X utilizes Chipintelli’s new generation BNPU technology, supporting neural networks such as DNN/TDNN/RNN/CNN and parallel vector operations, enabling high-performance voice recognition, noise reduction, and strong environmental noise suppression capabilities. The CI23162 also supports Bluetooth BLE5.4 transceiver for remote device control via mobile mini-programs. The CI2316X solution supports multiple global languages including Chinese, English, and Japanese, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including home appliances, lighting, toys, wearables, industrial, automotive, and other product fields for voice interaction, control, and various smart voice applications.
