Chip Overview

CI1316X is a new generation of high-performance neural network intelligent voice chip developed by Chipintelli. It integrates Chipintelli’s self-developed Brain Neural Processing Unit (BNPU) V3.5 and CPU core, with a system frequency of up to 210MHz. It features built-in 288KByte SRAM, integrated PMU power management unit, RC oscillator, single-channel high-performance low-power Audio Codec, and multiple peripheral control interfaces such as UART, I2C, PWM, and GPIO. The CI1316X chip requires only a few peripheral components like resistors and capacitors to implement various intelligent voice product hardware solutions, offering excellent cost performance.

The CI1316X adopts industrial-grade design standards with excellent environmental reliability. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, complies with MSL3 moisture sensitivity level, meets the 4KV contact discharge test standard of IEC 61000-4-2, and adheres to RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards.

CI1316X utilizes Chipintelli’s new generation BNPU technology, which supports neural networks such as DNN/TDNN/RNN/CNN and parallel vector operations, enabling high-performance speech recognition, noise reduction, and robust environmental noise suppression. The CI1316X solution also supports multiple global languages including Chinese, English, and Japanese, making it widely applicable in various fields such as home appliances, lighting, toys, wearable devices, industrial, and automotive products for voice interaction, control, and intelligent voice solutions.
