Chip Overview¶
The CI13082V is a new generation high-performance neural network smart voice chip developed by ChipIntelli. It integrates ChipIntelli’s self-developed Brain Neural Processing Unit (BNPU) V3.5 and CPU core, with a system frequency of up to 210MHz. It features 288KByte of built-in SRAM, integrated PMU power management unit, RC oscillator, single-channel high-performance low-power Audio Codec, and multiple peripheral control interfaces including UART, I2C, PWM, and GPIO. The CI13082V chip requires only a small number of external components such as resistors and capacitors to implement various smart voice product hardware solutions, offering excellent cost performance.
The CI13082V adopts industrial-grade design standards with excellent environmental reliability. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, meets MSL3 moisture sensitivity level standards, complies with IEC 61000-4-2 4KV contact discharge test standards, and adheres to RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards.
Utilizing ChipIntelli’s next-generation BNPU technology, the CI13082V supports neural networks such as DNN/TDNN/RNN/CNN and parallel vector operations, enabling high-performance voice recognition, voice noise reduction, and other functions with strong environmental noise suppression capabilities. The CI13082V solution also supports multiple global languages including Chinese, English, and Japanese, making it widely applicable in various product fields such as home appliances, lighting, toys, wearables, industrial, and automotive for voice interaction, control, and various smart voice applications.
