Multimedia Audio CODEC (CODEC)¶
1. Introduction¶

- CI13XX integrates a high-performance, low-power audio CODEC, supporting two ADC channels and one DAC channel. The analog MIC input is amplified by the MIC gain stage, then further amplified by a PGA. The PGA can be controlled by the CODEC’s built-in ALC. After the PGA, digital gain can be applied.
2. Features¶
- DAC supports up to 24-bit; SNR up to 90 dB.
- ADC supports up to 24-bit; SNR up to 90 dB.
- Supports single-ended and differential MIC inputs, and line-in input.
- Built-in ALC (Automatic Level Control).
- Supported sample rates: 8k/12k/16k/24k/32k/44.1k/48k.
